The B2B Pricing team sits within B2B Marketing and partners with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Data Science to define, test, and scale strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability for Agoda and our partners. We combine deep analytical rigor with an experimentation mindset to optimize across marketing levers (primarily pricing) and advise on growth across B2B2C channels.
As Manager, B2B Pricing , you will own pricing strategy and execution while acting as a consultative,

data‑driven advisor to B2B2C growth initiatives. You’ll translate commercial goals into testable pricing and marketing levers, design measurement, and lead cross‑functional rollouts that improve business outcomes. You will work closely with the commercial organization and cross‑functional stakeholders, serving as a go‑to partner for pricing and growth decisions for key partners (e.g., Define and evolve pricing strategies, segmentation, and marketing action for partners.
Lead the experimentation roadmap (A/B and multivariate tests), including hypotheses, success metrics, and decision frameworks.
Build marketing roadmaps and analyses (elasticity, cannibalization, incrementality) to advise relevant marketing actions.
Act as a consultative growth advisor to partner teams: co‑create joint plans, model impact/P&L;, align OKRs, and operationalize execution across channels.
