About the Role
This role carries full responsibility for the operational, commercial and financial management of an urban luxury Group property, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) consortium. The General Manager provides leadership, vision and strategic direction to continuously raise service standards, ensuring an elevated guest experience and strong financial performance, while retaining full operational autonomy and upholding the exacting quality standards required by the LHW, in line with the Group's values — Italian Taste, Biophilic Design, Sustainability, People.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Acts as a role model for the team, embodying the Group's values — Italian Taste, Biophilic Design, Sustainability, People — and the personalised service philosophy typical of the LHW network.
- Provides inspirational leadership, clear vision and direction to the team, ensuring full delivery of the Group's brand, values and vision, and creating an outstanding experience for guests and colleagues.
- Steers the management team in the right direction, driving it to perform at its highest level, including the achievement of stated operational and profitability goals.
- Maintains an image of professional senior management towards guests, colleagues and the property.
Operations & Quality Standards
