Operations & Project Coordinator
[At AVAU, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive and hands-on Operations & Project Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our company.
You'll work across production, logistics, inventory, sales support, marketing, partnerships and operations to help keep the business running smoothly.
As the company grows, this role offers the opportunity to evolve into a broader Operations Management position.
Coordinate day-to-day operations across the business.
Process customer and distributor orders accurately and efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning.
Coordinate logistics, warehouse activities and international shipments.
Maintain operational reports, sales statistics and Excel-based tracking tools.
Manage and monitor cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
Organize priorities, timelines and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders.
Support the founders in executing strategic initiatives and turning priorities into action.
Strong analytical mindset with confidence using Excel and operational data.
Comfortable taking ownership and following projects through to completion.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, Executive Assistance, Operations Coordination or a similar cross-functional role.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with operational reports and data.
Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Fluent English is essential.
