We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Junior Food Technologist to join our R&D; Team, supporting the development and optimization of different product categories, including ice cream, pastry, bakery, creams, and powder-based products, while contributing to product data management and master data maintenance activities.




This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and motivated young professional eager to learn, grow, and contribute to innovative projects in a fast-paced international environment.
Data processing activities and technical documentation support on the product (product datasheets, etc.)
Analysis on pilot plants
Test new product and process solutions
Testing of alternatives

Sampling
Develop research on raw materials and semi-finished products
Product functional analysis
Degree in Food Science and Technology.
Understanding of food technologies, food industry regulations, and industrial production processes (considered a plus).
Experience: Previous experience as a Food Technologist is considered a plus; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Languages: Fluent Italian and English (minimum B2 level required).
Digital Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a strong aptitude for digital tools and techn
