Leica Biosystems in Italy (Lombardia) is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead to bridge the Global CoE with the local market. You will own instrument order fulfillment, resolve escalated requests, and ensure interactions meet global standards while addressing local needs.
You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
