Territory Account Manager – Southern Germany & Austria

The company designs and develops premium products and accessories for cycling, skiing, horse riding and occupational safety, combining advanced technologies and Italian craftsmanship.
Role overview
The Territory Account Manager for Southern Germany and Austria will be responsible for strengthening KASK’s Safety Division presence across the region through strategic planning and active key account management.
The ideal candidate will combine market intelligence with long-term relationship management, expanding the client portfolio, executing target business plans, and collaborating closely with internal cross-functional teams to consolidate brand positioning in the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy & Growth: Contribute to developing business strategies to drive KASK’s growth across the territory
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts, fostering long-term relationships
- Market & Sales Intelligence: Analyze market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities, while tracking, measuring, and evaluating key sales metrics
- Planning & Execution: Execute annual regional and key account plans to achieve commercial goals, effectively documenting customer interactions and pipeline progress
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams, participating in key sales meetings, customer visits, and trade shows
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Territory Management experience, ideally in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Safety, or Industrial/Construction supplies
- Fluency in both German and English is required
- Based preferably in North-East Italy or Austria; willingness to travel up to 60% across the assigned territor
