Munich Re Specialty – Global Markets in Italy seeks a Senior Surety Underwriter to support ramp-up of our surety business in the Italian market. You will originate, structure, and underwrite complex risks, build client and broker relationships, and help establish Munich Re as a trusted partner.
The role requires 5–8 years in surety underwriting or related fields, fluency in English and Italian, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
