The Role
To support our international growth, we are seeking a proactive, accurate, and customer-oriented Customer Service Specialist, at Junior to Mid-level, to join our facility in Galliate, in the province of Novara.
The successful candidate will manage the complete order-processing lifecycle, from the preparation of commercial quotations and order entry to delivery monitoring and customer support.
This role represents a key connection point between international customers, the Sales team, Operations, Logistics, Administration, and external suppliers.
The ideal candidate is able to manage multiple priorities, work accurately under tight deadlines,
and provide customers and internal stakeholders with clear, timely, and reliable information.

Your Responsibilities
Prepare accurate commercial quotations by analysing product specifications, requested volumes, pricing structures, delivery requirements, and deadlines.
Enter, process, and manage customer orders within the company ERP system.
Monitor the full order lifecycle, tracking key milestones and ensuring timely delivery.
Act as a primary point of contact for international B2B customers, providing regular updates and professional support.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Administration, Procurement, and other internal departments.
Liaise directly with suppliers and external partners to
