Hitachi Rail seeks a Senior Commercial Legal Counsel based in Genoa to support commercial projects, bidding, contracts and procurement compliance. You will advise on risk, structure joint ventures and PPPs, and manage external counsel within a global Legal & Compliance framework.
The role requires extensive experience with Italian law, international contracting and strong negotiation skills. Occasional travel may be needed.
