Position – The role:
Despite the challenging market conditions in recent years,
our Client continues to achieve year-on-year relevant growth, strategically adding senior hires while maintaining a well-balanced pyramid. In this context, we are looking for a Principal Strategy to join the Consumer Product & Retail team in the Italian office , focusing on performance improvement and value creation programmes to help clients undertaking the journey "from good to great".
Position – Specific responsibilities:
This P-CP&R; will work with leading corporations to design and implement impactful solutions, leveraging expertise in manufacturing optimization, procurement, supply chain, SG&A; and integration strategy. Specific responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
Designing value creation plans , encompassing pricing strategies, sourcing optimization, and product decomplexity initiatives.
Designing and leading operational efficiency programs & integrations , including productivity improvement,
