Job Summary The Lead Sales and Operations Planning role is responsible for providing leadership using an influential leadership style with global Sales and Operations Planning for motorcycles. This position will lead project teams through the coordination and development of the integrated EMEA retail and wholesale forecasts, and / or inventory (company and dealer) and production plans with relevant stakeholders to maximize volume growth on an EMEA basis.
