- Own the development and performance of key product portfolios across international retail markets.
- Translate global brand and category strategies into effective local market plans.
- Lead retail marketing initiatives, seasonal activations and promotional campaigns to drive growth.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance customer experience and brand consistency.
- Manage portfolio forecasting, assortment planning and retail performance analysis.
- Partner with retail, supply chain and global stakeholders to optimise execution and commercial results.
- Support new retail market launches through impactful customer engagement and in-store activation strategies.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.




- Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver high quality marketing and merchandising solutions.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure excellence in retail execution and adherence to brand standards.

Competenze ed esperienza
- 10+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing (within a retail environment rather than traditional FMCG), Portfolio Management or Category Management, with exposure to international markets. Experience spanning multiple regions or operating within a global role is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working within premium consumer goods, luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, watches or jewellery.
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful portfolio, marketing and customer experience strategies.
- Experience working across international or multi market environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
