Who we are:
Founded in Spring 2021 in Italy, Neulabs has a mission: to build a new consumer goods platform by acquiring and scaling winning brands. At Neulabs we allocate significant resources to the companies we acquire, including dedicated brand managers, SEO experts, PPC experts, visual designers, graphic designers, supply chain experts, etc. With this experienced network of professionals, ex-Stanford, ex-BCG, ex-McKinsey, we deliver tangible value to accelerate a company’s growth.
We are based in Milan, a major hub for startups, innovation and finance, but we are already planning to achieve a global footprint, by opening other offices across Europe in the next few months.

Who you are:
You have gained 1-2 years of experience in management consulting or in a fast-growing startup. You are structured, can set priorities and deliver on them, while also relying on your analytical mindset to make quick decisions. You enjoy working in a matrix environment, partnering with other functions like marketing, sales, product management and tech team.
You are able to quickly move from strategy to execution and don’t mind getting your hands dirty. You are ambitious and don’t stop until you get it right.
What you will do:
- Manage a brand that generates the majority of its sales through Amazon, with full responsibilities on its P&L; and growth
- Learn the ins and outs of the Amazon platform, so to be able to analyze and optimize business metrics
- Take care of the operations and daily activities to run the business efficiently and effectively
- Draw the tactical and strategic roadmaps to scale the business
- Report key insights and metrics to the VP of Strategy and Operations, while also using him/her as sounding board
- Understand competitor landscape and market trends, listen to the customers’ needs to implement actions
- Work cross functionality with central teams to leverage on their expertise and improve your company’s economics
