The Data & Analytics team works closely with business departments and the technical team to manage the data lifecycle, as well as to design and deliver analytical solutions aimed at enabling more effective business decisions, improving performance and creating a competitive advantage by transforming data into actionable insights.
The team leads data governance and data literacy initiatives, ensuring consistent, regulated and high-quality use of data across the organisation, whilst enhancing analytical capabilities through the sharing of expertise and the promotion of self-service tools.
