The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial performance monitoring, business planning activities, reporting processes, and the continuous improvement of financial operations within an international and fast-paced environment. Role Purpose
The Financial Controller will be responsible for supporting the organization's financial management activities through accurate reporting, performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role requires a proactive and business-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities,



ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial information.
Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key business drivers and performance trends.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial reviews.
Provide management with insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Controlling & Business Performance Management
Monitor operating expenses, investments, and overall business performance to ensure alignment with financial targets.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports for management and business stakeholders.
Partner with department leaders to analyze costs, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Support profitability analysis by business unit, project, customer, or geographical area.
Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
