The most important characteristic of our Onsite Service Engineer Level 1’s is the continuous development of knowledge and technical skills to ensure customer satisfaction and great teamwork. Field service engineers enjoy taking on challenges and finding solutions. You will remain cool under pressure, and if you don’t know the answer, you’ll use our processes, systems, and network to find it. You take ownership of creating high-quality work. You will be expected to deliver frontline support in key operational activities, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Edwards products, with a focus on safety and quality while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
