Job Summary
Distribution and Direct Key Accounts management focused on developing the Power Tools business in Italy though a dedicated sales channel strategy
Oversee the commercial development of Power Tools products with direct customer accounts and distribution channels with he assigned geographical area (North / Center for Distribution – Key Account in entire region), aligning with the annual objectives and policies set by the Business Units.
As an Area Sales Manager, drive sales growth and business development activities with distributors,
specialty channels, end users, Key Accounts and OEM’s with a primary focus on the Assembly and Ergonomic Handling System businesses
Responsibilities and duties
- Achieve and exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and gross margin and meet forecast
- Drive direct and distribution sales of Precision Fastening Tools and Software solutions, including demonstrations and technical support with end-users
- Conduct active field visits, demonstrations and manage sales opportunities
- Identify and develop new specialized Distributors and new Direct Customers in target vertical markets
- Provide commercial, technical and application support to distributors and key end users.
- Serve as primary point of contact for direct customers, distributors and internal teams addressing all specific inquiries from various stakeholders
