Who We're Looking For For the upcoming opening of our brand new Sebago store in Catania,
we're looking for a Store Manager to manage and lead a high-performing team to ensure the best level of customer experience, deliver the brand's vision, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Excellent customer experience: Promote and delivers excellent in customer in-store experience; ensure that the team understands - and caters to - customer needs, providing consistently high-quality service; be active and present on the shop floor, acting as a role model and engaging with customers and team members. Monitor and analyze sales analytics, budgets, and forecasts to optimize performance; provides clear daily, weekly monthly sales targets with the team, as well as each individual team member, and follows up regularly on achievement; provide hierarchy with clear and regular insights regarding the store performance. Store Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling, in compliance with company policies; communicates efficiently within t
