Dematic is seeking an experienced Senior MU Project Manager to lead the successful execution of individual projects through to final customer acceptance. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, to the agreed specifications, and in line with Dematic's quality and performance standards. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be 49.125 - 72.050 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills
Principal Responsibilities
- Lead projects with full responsibility over budget, schedule, quality and EHS (Environment Health and Safety)
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time and quality within a given cost framework
- Contact person for the customer during the entire project duration
- Contract management including change and claims management
- Scheduling and control
- Control of costs and cash flow with accurate forecasts of over and underspending.
- Risk management and project status reporting
- Coordinating the specification and procurement of equipment, products and services together with the relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with project management processes and policies
Knowledge & Experience Required
- University degree (industrial engineer, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a specialization in logistics) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally project experience with strong cost, time and quality awareness
- Experience in the logistics sector desirable
- Experience working in a live environment, effectively coordinating break-in activities
- Good communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries
