This is our callingLet’s Talk about the RoleAs a Senior Accountant, you will report to the Local Finance Manager and work closely with both the Central Finance team and our Shared Service Center.You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and supporting the continuous improvement of accounting processes in a dynamic international environment.How You Will Make a Difference* Manage and review monthly financial reporting and support month-end and year-end closing activities* Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors and external consultants* Manage VAT returns (monthly and annual)
and ensure compliance with local regulations* Prepare Intrastat declarations and support tax calculations* Coordinate with external tax advisors and monitor tax deadlines* Support internal and external audits* Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data accuracy* Collaborate with Shared Services on transactional accounting activities* Contribute to process improvements and strengthening internal controlsSkills for Success* You will have a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field* A minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally within a multinational environment* You will demonstrate to possess a strong knowledge of Italian and US GAAP and local tax regulations (VAT, Intrastat, withholding taxes)* A solid experience in financial reporting and audit processes, a good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills* You will be fluent in Italian and English* You are detail-or
