ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Project Coordinator based in Truccazzano (Italy), you will be part of the CCM (a SITA company), working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborating with colleagues and customers across the globe.
In this role,
you will leverage your strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset to coordinate and facilitate a wide range of activities. You enjoy working with diverse teams and are skilled at building effective relationships across cultures and functions. Your ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and keep projects on track will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Support the Project Manager in tracking activities and deliverables through to completion
• Submit and coordinate change requests and purchasing activities
• Perform all follow-up work needed to ensure changes are completed as planned, goods are received, and payments are completed as scheduled
• Create and distribute meeting agendas and meeting minutes with clarity and accuracy
• Generate resource utilisation reports, risks and issues reports, and status reports for stakeholders
• Produce monthly portfolio, programme,
