Job Responsibilities：
1.Distributor Management:
Evaluating new distributor candidates and classifying current distributors for optimization or replacement to enhance channel quality.
Managing credit terms and monitoring pricing compliance to maintain channel health.
2.Distributor Policy Planning and Execution:
Refining distributor management framework and processes.
Designing and implementing product promotions, incentive policies, and performance
