What you'll be doing
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own building Satispay's most complex and critical functions — Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR — as well as executive-level hiring.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
- Own end-to-end recruiting for complex roles - Design and execute hiring strategies for Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR roles, including apical roles, fully autonomously.
- Master passive candidate sourcing - Identify and engage hard-to-find talent across multiple channels, building relationships with candidates before roles open.
- Lead offer management - Own the full offer process from strategy definition with hiring managers through negotiation to signed offer, managing compensation discussions confidently.
- Drive Hiring Manager partnerships - Proactively own relationships with hiring managers, keeping them informed on pipeline status and strategy through data.
- Champion candidate experience - Use pipeline data and candidate feedback to identify gaps and propose concrete improvements to the candidate journey.
- Manage external partners - Build and maintain a network of executive search firms, specialist agencies, and external recruiters to get the best out
