Allos is an international consultancy company, founded in 1992 in Italy and a pioneer in the creation of high-value HR projects. We were pioneers of e-Learning solutions in Italy and shortly thereafter on Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy to clients in the HR field for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite implementation projects, starting from the redesign of HR processes and finally arriving at the development of the ideal software configuration solution;
- Produce functional analyzes for medium/large complexity projects aimed at important national and especially international clients;
- Ensure the correct configuration of the software in compliance with the specifications agreed with the customer, the project documents, and the agreed delivery times;
- Support the Sales area in pre-sales and demo activities;
- Prepare and conduct analysis and requirements gathering workshops with customers;
- Collaborate with Project Managers in drafting project plans.
Education & Previous Experience
- 3/4 years of previous work experience as an HCM Consultant in consultancy companies;
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Management, Management Engineering or Computer Science (or similar);
- Knowledge of HR management processes;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of the Office package and the main programming languages HTML, XML, etc.;
- Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills;
- Availability for short trips especially to Italy.
