We are now looking for another team member to join us in the Sales Analytics Team as a Sales Analytics Intern . The team supports the Sales Analytics and Customer Service Departments and plays an important role in analysing sales performance and supporting commercial processes.
What you'll be doing
As part of a structured training project, you will learn about the preparation of commercial proposals and how to analyse and interpret sales statistics.
In particular, you will be involved in:
- Learning the Knauf Italia sales process and commercial policy;
- Learning how to manage the price list, including the policy and structure of the discounts applied;
- Learning the criteria and methods used for customer segmentation;
- Learning how to use the internal ERP system;
- Supporting the update of customer databases and the related discounts applied;
