Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:
Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Schedule:
5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
Languages:
Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience:
Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer sat
