Il Manufacturing Engineer è responsabile della progettazione, ottimizzazione e miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi dello stabilimento, con l’obiettivo di massimizzare efficienza, qualità, sicurezza e sostenibilità dei costi.
Collabora strettamente con Produzione, Qualità, Manutenzione e Aziende Esterne per garantire il raggiungimento dei target operativi.
Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing)
Guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM)
Industrializzazione di Nuovi Prodotti
Partecipare all’introduzione di nuovi prodotti/processi
Definire cicli produttivi, layout e attrezzature
Supporto alla Produzione
Monitorare KPI produttivi (efficienza, scarti, OEE)
Analizzare cause radice (Root Cause Analysis)
Implementare azioni di miglioramento (8D, PDCA)
Attrezzature e Investimenti
Definire requisiti tecnici per nuovi macchinari e attrezzature
Partecipare a installazione e collaudo impianti
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
Produttività (output/uomo)
Lead time di produzione
Inserimento in un ambiente industriale strutturato e dinamico
Opportunità di crescita qualificato e sviluppo di competenze tecniche
Laurea Ingegneria meccanica
Professional background
~ Preferibile esperienza di 2-5 anni in ruolo analogo
