Your Role
We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our R&D; Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving cost, quality, time-to-market,
innovation, and competitiveness goals in product development.
As Product Development Manager, you will contribute to defining strategies and objectives and ensure the effective application of the Company's Global Solution Process with a focus on continuous improvement. You will oversee team activities while fostering professional development, manage design outsourcing and co-design with suppliers, and promote integration across product development areas.
