Job Overview:
InPost Italy is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to drive end-to-end recruitment activities across the Italian market.
The role will partner closely with business leaders to attract, identify and hire top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and company growth priorities.
The position requires both strategic sourcing capabilities and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements
- Lead the selection process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
- Ensure high-quality delivery across all hiring pipelines
2. Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
- Develop and manage relationships with universities and academic institutions
- Represent the company in career days and recruitment events to attract early talent-
- Support and participate in employer branding initiatives, including university engagement and career eve
