The opportunity:
Responsibilities:
- Support in administrative activities related to employment processes;
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure integration and necessary support for employees;
- Support in verifying employees who have not completed all hours for the month on our portal;
- Support in the pre-hiring process (commitment, documents, Welcome Pack, shared management of employee files with Payroll Studio, etc.);
- Interface with Payroll Studio for administrative management;
- Data entry of files and notes in the folder shared with Payroll Studio;
- Organization and scheduling of medical visits (contact with providing facilities).
️ Requirements:
- Membership in protected categories (L.68/99) in Sicilia;
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field;
- Previous experience as a People Admin Support (1-2 years);
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Italian and proficiency in English;
- Time management and prioritization: ability to organize workload, establish priorities, and meet deadlines;
- A true enthusiasm for data analysis, reporting, and related activities.
