Sales Assistant - San Clemente Palace Boutique
Position Overview
The Sales Assistant supports the Store Manager in the daily operations of the boutique located inside the luxury hotel, ensuring impeccable customer service and contributing actively to the store’s sales performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a personalized, high‑level luxury service.
- Promote and sell products while upholding Eleventy brandstandards.
- Support the achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are aligned with guidelines.
- Handle POS transactions and daily cash operations accurately.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product rotation.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with a high‑end international clientele.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or high‑end hospitality.
- Strong sales skills and exceptional customer service attitude.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to personal presentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive mindset and strong team spirit.
- Italian and English are mandatory; a third language is a plus (preferably Russian).
