What does an Regional EHS Manager do?:
The Regional EHS Manager leads EHS programs across EMEA manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards. The role strengthens the Zero Harm culture through coaching, supports the deployment of EHS standards, manages audits, drives risk reduction, guides environmental initiatives, and partners with regional leadership to continually improve site performance.

- Strengthen the Zero Harm culture by guiding EHS managers, coordinators, and plant leaders to eliminate hazards and encourage safe behaviors.
- Deploy and improve EHS standards, providing the tools and technical guidance needed for consistent implementation across all sites.
- Lead compliance and continuous-improvement audits, drive corrective actions, and minimize regulatory exposure.
- Advance EHS capabilitythrough structured training for leadership, plant staff, and site coordinators.
- Reduce risksby supporting loss-prevention strategies, environmental management improvements, and safer processes.
- Guide change and capital projects, ensuring regulatory needs and life safety risks are properly addressed.
- Analyze and interpret EHS performance data to identify trends, define targets, and implement proactive improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or another technical discipline.
- EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a multinational setting.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to coordinate teams and drive projects to completion.
- Disciplined, results‑oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
