Purpose

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be working in the field based in Southern Italy, driving from one customer to another and showcasing the products to build and grow the local market for Rex Nordic’s heater product line. This is a hands-on, door-to-door sales role focused on creating a strong network of wholesalers and resellers. You'll be on the road most of the week, visiting, showcasing and demonstrating products directly to potential wholesalers and resellers,



and nurturing relationships to increase sales and strengthen brand visibility. The goal is to visit 10 potential customers per day, four days a week. One day a week is reserved for administrative tasks, which you’ll handle from your home office.

Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and expand a local dealer network for Rex Nordic's products.
- Acquire new wholesaler and reseller customers and actively maintain relationships with current ones.
- Organise and conduct product demonstrations using company-provided tools.
- Take ownership of your market area and sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets (dealer acquisition, meetings, and sales volume).
- Work independently in a field-based role supported by the international HQ team

Background & Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally with technical or industrial products.
