The Opportunity:
Hamilton Lane is seeking a senior sales professional with a focus on Private Wealth to join their Milan-based team.
As a Principal in the Client Solutions team you will be a part of the wider European sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Italy.
You will be responsible for sourcing and winning new business across Italy’s Private Wealth channels (e.g. private banks, distribution platforms as well as (U)HNWI), while also managing and servicing existing client relationships. This is a relationship‑driven commercial role for a proven business builder with an established network in the Italian Private Wealth market. Knowledge of private markets is preferred as the role will also entail being a spokesperson for Hamilton Lane in the market and contributing to increase brand visibility / awareness.
Success in the role will result in growing and deepening of relationships with Italian private wealth investors.
