Silversea is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead the pastry and bakery operations on board a luxury cruise ship. You will ensure high-quality, cost-efficient pastry production while adhering to public health standards and company policies.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will manage a pastry team, coordinate showpieces, custom orders, and dining service across all meals, while maintaining inventory, safety, and guest satisfaction.
