Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (m/f/d)
As part of a major ERP systems evolution and standardization program across the Würth Group, we are establishing a new team dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
For this reason, we are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) who would like to join this strategic initiative from its very early stages, actively contributing to the creation and development of the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing national and international ERP projects and, through their experience and leadership capabilities, will have the opportunity to gradually assume increasing responsibilities and ultimately grow into the role of Team Leader of the new Business Central Team .
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of business processes and organizational dynamics, combined with experience in managing complex projects within international environments. They will be involved in business requirements analysis, solution design,
and project coordination activities, working closely with internal stakeholders, management, and external partners.
We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills, eager to contribute to the implementation of a modern, standardized ERP ecosystem and to support the growth of a newly established team within an international and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support and advise Würth Group companies in the implementation and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Analyze and optimize business processes across Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
- Gather, evaluate, and translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage national and international ERP projects.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and alignment meetings
