Experis is looking for a IT Service Desk strengthen the international team dedicated to projects ofenergy efficency.
How your contribution will make a difference:
As our Analyst, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly for colleagues across the globe by ensuring that technical issues are resolved quickly and accurately. You’ll collaborate with Global Service Desk and other IT capabilities work with modern ITSM tools and take responsibility for first-line support processes that strengthen our overall service quality.
You will be responsible for the following activities:
Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely handling of IT incidents and service requests.
Use the ServiceNow ITSM platform to manage tickets, document resolutions, and contribute to process improvements.
Troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, and network services to restore functionality for end-users.
Escalate unresolved or complex cases to higher-level teams while keeping users informed.

Create and update knowledge base articles to improve consistency and speed of future support.
Characteristics of the person we are looking for:
Hands-on experience in a service desk or technical support environment with the ability to resolve common IT issues.
Practical understanding of the ITIL framework and standard support processes.
Confidence in working with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool.
Strong communication skills in both English and Slovak, enabling clear support in remote interactions.
