Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a master’s degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields?
Do you speak fluent Italian and English?
Do you have good organizational and communication skills?
We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Training Center Department (Manufacturing Services) at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
On-boarding Training path for production operators
Processes Training (eg. Takt-Time, 5S, ...)
Definition and organization of new trainings
MUNER University lectures organization and management
Continuous improvements, update and optimization of trainings
Fluent Italian and English, German will be a plus
Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields




Knowledge of 3D CAD system will be a plus
