In this role, you will lead the C-Ball Value Stream, driving operational excellence, safety, quality, delivery performance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, support business objectives, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and teamwork while ensuring an efficient and customer-focused operation.
Lead all aspects of the C-Ball Value Stream to achieve operational, financial, quality, and customer delivery objectives.
Partner with Operations, Production Control, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other key functions to establish priorities and ensure effective execution of production plans.
Develop and execute production schedules that support revenue targets, productivity goals, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery commitments.
Coordinate assembly, lapping,
testing, and related manufacturing activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean manufacturing principles and waste reduction methodologies throughout the value stream.
Support the development of team capabilities through coaching, training, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Evaluate manufacturing methods, process capability, equipment utilization, and resource allocation to improve operational effectiveness.
Coordinate production and maintenance priorities to maximize operational effectiveness and equipment availability.
Lead long-term improvement plans that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
