Introduction The Market Manager / Business Developer will be responsible for expanding and managing a portfolio of alternative accommodation partners, including vacation rentals, apartments, villas, serviced residences, holiday homes, and other non-hotel properties within our OTA platform. This role will work closely with property managers, professional hosts,
and local partners to drive market growth, enhance inventory quality, and maximize commercial performance. Identify, recruit, and develop new partnerships with property managers and alternative accommodation providers.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
Support partners throughout the onboarding process and optimize their performance on the platform.
Monitor commercial KPIs, property performance, and market dynamics.
Develop and execute territory growth strategies to increase market penetration.
Collaborate with Marketing, and Product teams to achieve business objectives. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Market Management, Sales, or related commercial roles within the travel, hospitality, or OTA industry.
