ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST
We are looking for a/an Administration Specialist with experience in the management of the passive and active cycle . Recording of purchase and sales invoices
Control and verification of purchase and sales orders
Banking and financial operations management
Management of collections and reminders
Prior experience of at least two years in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in IT companies
Knowledge of general accounting procedures, accounts payable cycle and accounts receivable cycle
Excellent knowledge of Excel and computer tools
Experience in handling collections and reminders
Flexibility with the possibility of lavoro da remoto
