Position Overview
As the Go-To-Market Manager – Italy, you will drive all aspects of Changan’s product and brand launch activities in the Italian market. You will serve as the central orchestrator between HQ and local execution teams, ensuring that each vehicle line is introduced with a high degree of commercial readiness, customer resonance, and operational alignment.
You will define launch strategies, adapt messaging, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape the full-market activation of our EV and hybrid offerings in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch Strategy & Execution: Design and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Italian customer profile and regulatory context.
- Localize brand positioning and product messaging to reflect Italian consumer values and cultural context.
- Lead cross-functional planning for new model launches—ensuring pricing, positioning, and campaign elements are market-fit and on time.
- Equip local sales teams, dealers, and leasing partners with the tools, training, and messaging needed for successful rollouts.
- Partner with marketing to activate local lead-generation, digital campaigns, and experiential test-drive programs.
- Continuously optimize GTM performance based on market data, customer feedback, and dealer input.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the interface between central product/marketing teams and local partners (dealers, agencies, fleet operators).
