The role: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Junior Food Technologist to join our R&D; Team, supporting the development and optimization of different product categories, including ice cream, pastry, bakery, creams, and powder-based products, while contributing to product data management and master data maintenance activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and motivated young professional eager to learn, grow, and contribute to innovative projects in a fast-paced international environment.
What will you do:

- Data processing activities and technical documentation support on the product (product datasheets, etc.)
- Formulation of recipes and/or re-elaboration following feedback
- Analysis on pilot plants
- Test new product and process solutions
- Testing of alternatives
- Sampling
- Develop research on raw materials and semi-finished products
- Product functional analysis
Requirements:

- Education: Degree in Food Science and Technology
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of food technologies, food industry regulations, and industrial production processes (considered a plus)
- Experience: Previous experience as a Food Technologist is considered a plus; recent graduates are encouraged to ap
