About the Role
The Finance Specialist - Dealer Incentives is responsible for managing dealer incentive calculations, accruals, and financial controls, ensuring accurate and compliant execution of incentive programs. This role works closely with Sales, Dealer Network, and Finance teams to maintain data integrity, monitor dealer performance, and ensure timely and accurate settlement of incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, reconcile, and validate sales data from DMS, SAP, and other business systems to ensure the accuracy of incentive calculations.
Monitor key commercial KPIs, including vehicle sales, trade-in programs, scrappage incentives, financing penetration, and other dealer performance metrics.
Review and verify incentive calculations against sales volumes,
financial invoices, and policy requirements, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Calculate and accrue dealer incentives, ensuring accurate accounting treatment and timely posting.
Maintain incentive records and reconciliation files, ensuring full traceability and audit readiness.
Support dealer profitability analysis and provide insights into incentive effectiveness and business performance.
Manage approval workflows and ensure all incentive claims comply with applicable policies, budget limits, and calculation rules before
