We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Order Specialist to join the team of our partner, a telco multinational company based in Vimodrone.
This is a junior-to-associate level position focused on supporting our daily procurement operations, managing vendor workflows, and executing essential administrative tasks.

What We Offer
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract managed through Randstad Italia, with a realistic potential for renewal.
Location: Vimodrone (Milan)
Compensation: Competitive salary package ranging between €30,000 and €35,000 gross annual salary, commensurate with experience. Annual premio related to the performance and €8/day ticket restaurant

Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations:



Manage general procurement activities based on internal Business Unit needs.
Order Management: Prepare purchase order documentation and support suppliers through the entire process, from initial quotation to final billing configuration in the system.
Tracking & Delivery: Monitor ongoing purchase orders to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
Administrative Support: Assist with contract management, document archiving, and general operational support.
Requirements & Qualifications
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of general working experience (experience in procurement or supply chain is preferred, but not strictly required).
Language Skills: Native Italian speaker with fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus, but not necessary.
Education: University Degree in Business Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Tech Skills: Proficient with MS Office (especially Exc
