you will:Manage HR administration and employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, amendments, benefits and employee records,Coordinate the monthly payroll process with our external payroll provider and Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll data,Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees regarding administrative questions, benefits, leave and HR processes,Contribute to local and global People & Culture projects, including employee engagement, training, digitalization, DEIB and change initiatives. Manage recruitment processes for interns and selected positions, from sourcing and screening to interviews and preboarding, in collaboration with managers and Talent Acquisition,Support the People & Culture Manager in Health & Safety activities, coordinating occupational health, mandatory training, documentation and H&S; providers,Support our Gender
