For PharmaSiena, an IMA Group company specializing in the design and manufacture of systems and machines for the aseptic filling of vials, bottles, and syringes, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Location: Siena, Italy.
The Role
Manage projects in compliance with customer requirements (URS).
Coordinate a dedicated project management team.
Organize and lead regular project progress meetings, planning activities and managing project risks.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, monitoring compliance with contractual obligations, managing change orders, and organizing and leading regular customer meetings.
Keep the Sales department aligned on any project-related issues, jointly managing customer escalations when required.Plan, manage, and participate in all major project milestones, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and ensure closure of all post-FAT punch list items.
Oversee the installation phase of projects through to contract completion, with the support of dedicated resources responsible for on-site coordination at the customer’s premises.
Review and analyze project challenges and lessons learned, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
