About the Job
Within SM.I.LE80 engineering organization we are looking for Senior Software Engineer who can actively and effectively contribute to the evolution of SM.I.LE80 product, bringing in his experience and willing to learn about the unique blend of robotics, software engineering, automation and networking we have. We do value teamwork, openness, transparency, respect and courage, playing together in a fully Agile environment.
Responsibilities
In an highly collaborative context co-lead and contribute to the software design & development/testing activities necessary to deliver new features/value as part of the SM.I.LE80 ecosystem evolution.
Tightly collaborate with peers, both intra team and with other teams/functions. Take care of the code, that everybody owns, ensuring it evolves organically. Pursue to be elegant and efficient at the same time. Quality is everybody responsibility.
Help building and maintaining the holistic view of the system
Ability to document requirements and specifications. Foster knowledge sharing, prepare and deliver trainings as need
