CRM Sales Representative

Responsibilities * Develop, manage, and grow the dealer and distribution network in your region (Italy + Balkan) * Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners and customers * Drive and close sales opportunities in collaboration with partners and key end customers * Conduct customer visits, presentations, demos, and represent the company at trade fairs and events * Prepare quotations and support tenders and bid strategies * Maintain and document all sales activities in the CRM system and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Service, SCM, and Product Management * Monitor market trends and competitors to derive growth and pricing strategies Your profile * 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in capital goods, machinery,
or industrial solutions * Proven experience in channel sales with dealers and distributors * Excellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus) * Strong MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho) * Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills * Structured, independent, and results‐oriented working style * High willingness to travel within the region (approx. 40–60%) * Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions * An innovative and international working environment
