An opportunity has arisen for an NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer to join a fast-growing international technology organisation developing innovative high-power charging solutions for the rapidly expanding e-mobility market.
Working within a dynamic engineering and manufacturing environment, you will act as the key interface between Engineering and Manufacturing, taking new products and major product changes from design release through prototype build, industrialisation, production readiness and into serial production.
Approximately 70% of the role is focused on manufacturing engineering and industrialisation, with 30% centred on project management and stakeholder coordination. You will work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently, reliably and at scale.
This role would suit an experienced NPI Project Manager, Industrialisation Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager,
NPI Project Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with strong project management experience and a hands-on understanding of manufacturing.
